In the moment it seems like a lot of money, but down the road when you have beautiful photos to always look back on, suddenly the price seems less important.

How does booking work?
First, fill out the form at the button below. This helps me to gather all relevant information needed to discuss booking a session. Once that is filled out, you will receive an email from me. From there we will work out the details of time and location. You are officially booked once a contract is filled out.
What is included in a session?
Most sessions (branding, weddings, and minis can be different) include unlimited photos, full printing rights, and color AND black and white versions of every photo. All of these are available on your digital gallery delivered within 30 days of the photo session. I also deliver a handful of “sneak peek” images within a week of the photo session to hold you over until final gallery delivery. The online gallery has the ability to print photos at an additional cost, through my favorite, affordable print lab.
What makes Emily Ann Russell Photography different from other photographers?
In one word, experience. I’ve spent my entire working life with people, animals and kids. I worked at a daycare and as a nanny on and off for 5 years. I’m the oldest of 5 kids. I have a bunch of nieces and nephews that I spent my childless years watching grow up. And now, I’m a mom to a very spirited almost three year old. I’m the perfect person to wrangle kids and pets of all ages.
I have a BFA from Northern Kentucky University in Visual Communication Design. Part of that degree is a large amount of fine arts classes, including photography. I love how my art and design background influences how I photograph people. I am also a member of the Rachel Vanoven Collective, which is an educational platform for photographers. I am always learning and growing my craft. I strive to be the better, for you!!
Are there other photographers who have been in the field much longer than me? Absolutely! But what makes me different is alllll the experience I have with PEOPLE. And that’s what makes photos shine. I am the goofiest goofball who isn’t afraid to roll around in the mud for a good photo. I’m also a hopeless romantic who loves LOVE. Often times you’ll find me with watery eyes behind the camera, just ooogling over your special moments.
